Executive Coaching Engagements
A coaching engagement is a collaborative process that empowers you to achieve transformation inside and out through structured reflection, experimentation and supportive accountability. Typical engagements involve 3-6 months of monthly or bi-weekly sessions. We will align on objectives and define success. From there we’ll navigate forward through reflection, exploration, structured experimentation that includes researched-backed practices, tools and tactics. Our coaching engagement will equip you to lead with clarity, confidence and competence. In between sessions I’ll share concrete “homework” and resources to help hold you able and accountable to making quick changes to experience wins and breakthroughs at each step of the way.

360 Leadership Assessment
A 360 assessment gathers perspective from multiple stakeholders to paint a picture of how you and others experience your leadership. It can illuminate unconscious patterns of behavior and help illuminate the mindsets and beliefs driving them. A 360 assessment provides a compass to help guide coaching focus and impactful shifts in your leadership. Interested in learning more about my favorite 360 framework? Laser Coaching
If having a direct line to a private thought partner for real time reflection and advice is what you need, on demand or laser coaching may be the right fit for you. I work with clients as needed to dive in on specific topics when you need an experienced thought partner or coach most. We can meet for 30-60 minute one time sessions when and why it will serve you best. Think of this like having an experienced mentor, coach, advisor and confidant on speed dial for when you need it most.

Team Coaching
Team coaching engagements focus on directly observing and engaging with an existing team to assess and address the dynamics, relationships, and interactions within the team in order to raise collective performance against shared objectives. Team coaching engagements typically begin with a team 360 to identify outcomes, patterns, norms and objectives. We then align on a shared destination and what success would look like andco-create a developmental plan for the group that I help facilitate and support through a series of interactions occurring in team meeting spaces.

Peer Coaching Circles
Gathering a group of peers to explore leadership challenges and opportunities is a powerful way to build connection, spark learning, create accountability and improve overall well-being. Peer coaching circles often run for 3-6 months and meet monthly or bi-weekly. A given circle may adopt a broad or narrow focus selected by the group. As facilitator, I’ll offer light structure, introduce peer coaching protocols, and offer relevant frameworks and tools to guide exploration. Circles are a powerful format for gathering people in a similar stage of leadership or transition. Gather a group of friends, pick your focus and let’s gather in a circle.
